Using the interface preview
Return to the home page to try the question handoff, common-problem starters, Help Now presentation, and the product-tool demonstrations. Responses are simulated and are not produced by a connected legal backend.
If a demonstration becomes stuck, return home or refresh the page. Doing so clears the in-memory conversation, selected attachments and locally captured photos. The workspace also removes its one-time sessionStorage handoff after it reads it.
Legal questions and urgent situations
This preview cannot assess a real case, verify current law, meet a deadline, contact an authority, submit a complaint, or provide emergency assistance. Its Help Now screen is a design preview, not an emergency response channel.
For real legal help, use independently verified, current information to contact an appropriate qualified Sri Lankan lawyer, Legal Aid service, court, public authority, or emergency service. No contact details are listed here because official routing and emergency information have not yet been verified and assigned an update process.
Files, forms, and feedback
The preview has no connected upload service, persistent case record, complaint submission, or feedback receiver. Chat can select sample files and photos, and use your camera with browser permission for a local preview. Nothing is uploaded or analyzed. Do not put real identifying details into its forms or select sensitive documents expecting secure storage, review, or delivery.
If the camera is blocked or unavailable, choose a photo instead. Browser settings and device support control camera availability; camera access requires a secure page or localhost. Local selections are limited to 5 files per message and 20 MB per file. Remove an attachment with its remove button before adding more. Closing the camera stops video capture and does not request microphone access.
What production support still needs
Before launch, the service must establish and publish verified support contacts, ownership, hours, expected response times, accessibility channels, escalation and complaints handling, privacy and deletion-request procedures, emergency boundaries, and a process for keeping official routes current.
Until those decisions are approved, this page intentionally provides no invented email address, phone number, live-chat promise, or service-level commitment.
